Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Canada & Rest of World) We ship internationally to Canada and select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gizaso@icloud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
